In the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Sheriffs Office, Sydney, 5th August, 1878. MORAN v. BOURKE. By virtue of the Act 5th, Victoria No, 9. —On THURSDAY, the TWELFTH DAY of SEPTEMBER NEXT, at noon, unless a Writ of Fieri Facias herein be pre- viously satisfied, the Sheriff will cause to be sold by Public Auction, at the Court House, Wagga Wagga, All the right, title, and interest of James Bourke, the defendant herein, of, in, and to the Equity of Redemption of him the said James Bourke, in and to all that PIECE or PARCEL of LAND situated in the town and parish of South Wagga Wagga, and county of Wynyard, in the colony of Now South Wales, containing two roods and nine perches or thereabouts, being allotment eight of section sixty-one delineated in the public map of the said town de- posited in the office of the Surveyor General of the said colony as originally granted to Thomas Cornish Heath by Crown grant dated 18th day of October, 1865, registered in the Land Titles Office, Sydney, vol. xxvi., folio 156, whereon is erected the large and com- modious Hotel known as the Terminus Hotel.
