	You can see the adjustment slots. I use a 5mm Allen key to loosen these big screws to adjust the height. The screws have been ground on the inner side of the head to remove the anti-slip features. They're also lubricated with a bit of grease, which should make the threads last longer. I'm sure there are better ways to do this, but it works and I don't expect to use it all the time anyhow.
